We have been in the roofing and construction industry for over 44 years. Often my crew would dumpster dive for old discarded furniture, to remove the foam and use it on the jobs. Not only would it help support their body weight and save their energy, it would also help keep their tools from sliding, as well as hold the bundles of shingles in place. I saw there was a need and decided to brand my own, and that's how we came up with Roof Grippers.
Roof Grippers are stability assistant tools. They save the life of the roof while assisting roofers, painters, pressure washers, insurance adjusters, home inspectors, or anyone who needs stability on a roof. Roof Grippers are not designed to be used as a fall protection device. We are a stability assistance tool. Roof Grippers are to be used with approved fall protection rope and harnesses. Failure to adhere to this warning could lead to serious injury or death.
